Construction Question and Answer Session – January 4th (Rescheduled to January 10th Due to Weather)

Next Thursday, January 4th, Todd Morgano, Mantoloking’s Construction Official, and Councilman White will be at the Mantoloking Fire Company from 5:00-6:00 (or later) to discuss and answer questions about different subjects regarding construction matters in town. Todd will explain the increase in permit prices just passed by Council. He has also done an analysis of all permits granted over the last year as to what they were for (lifting, rebuilding, etc.) and will provide advice
for any residents who might be in mid-construction or beginning a new project. He will be happy to answer questions about how to be efficient in your work and avoiding pitfalls that could arise. Please feel free to call in if you are not in town. 732-606-6988
