Prescription Drug Collection For Residents

On April 30th, from 10:00am to 2:00pm, the Mantoloking Police Department and Drug Enforcement Administration will be collecting expired and unwanted prescription drugs.  The process is anonymous, and no questions are asked.  Please see the press release below for complete details.


On April 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. the Mantoloking Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) will give the public its 11th opportunity in six years to prevent pill abuse and theft by ridding their homes of potentially dangerous expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs. Bring your pills for disposal to Mantoloking Police Department at 1303 Bay Avenue. (The DEA cannot accept liquids or needles or sharps, only pills or patches.) The service is free and anonymous, no questions asked.

Barnegat Lane Roadwork Scheduled

Earle Asphalt Company will be performing roadwork on Barnegat Lane, starting on or about 4/15/16, and continuing for approximately 10 days.  Please see the attached notice for further details.

New Construction Official Hired

The Construction Department is pleased to welcome our new Construction Official, Todd Morgano. Todd’s hours will be as follows:

Monday 8:30 – 12:30

Wednesday4:00 – 7:00

Friday4:00 – 7:00

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday by appointment only. (732-475-6983)

Todd will be available for inspections and consultations with home owners, design professionals and contractors at any point in the building process from pre-construction through certificates of occupancy. Please call Colleen at the Construction Office to schedule an appointment.
