IMPORTANT—2024 SEWER BILLING DUE DATE AND UPDATE
Just a reminder that the 2024 sewer bills are due on April 20, 2024. The grace period for paying the sewer billing is April 30, 2024. The payment for the 2024 sewer billings needs to be in the tax office by close of business on April 30th. After April 30th, interest will start accruing on the balance as of April 20, 2024.
Something new for 2024 is the electronic sewer billing. The tax department is offering a second way for residents to receive their 2024 sewer billing statements electronically. The sewer billing statements will still be mailed out through the postal service; however, this provides a direct link that you will receive via your email address. This is another way to expedite your receiving the information you need to pay your 2024 sewer payment.
In order to participate and receive your statement electronically, please email your name, property address, telephone number and email address to sewers@mantoloking.org. The email address that you provide will be where the electronic sewer billing will be sent. This is a new process that is available for utility billings only. Please note that this is only to receive the billing information, this is not an electronic portal to make payments. This electronic billing process is not available for property tax billing.
IMPORTANT: The deadline for submitting your information to participate in the electronic billing process is Friday, March 8, 2024 at the close of business.
