Notice Re: Construction and Construction Permits

The person responsible for an essential construction project must
implement precautions to ensure compliance with the safety
requirements outlined in the Executive Order, such as social
distancing, sanitization, etc.  In order to receive approval from the
Boro of Mantoloking to move forward, you must submit a plan to this
office detailing the measures/precautions you have in place to satisfy
#3 and #4 of the Executive Order.  You must also identify the person
responsible for the project, who will be the Boro of Mantolokings point
of contact during the COVID-19 emergency.  Your project will be shut
down for failure to adhere to the safety requirements of the
Executive Order.

Permit applications are still being accepted for non-essential
construction projects although will not be issued by the Boro of
Mantoloking until Executive Order 122 is lifted.
