2023 Borough Recodification Chapters

Dear Members of the Mantoloking Community: 

The Borough of Mantoloking has been working diligently on the Recodification of our laws.  In order to review these laws/chapters prior to their proposed introduction in November and December, please follow the instructions below.

1. Click the following hyperlink to the Borough's website:https://www.mantoloking.org/mayor-and-council 
2. Locate the series of blue tabs on the left side of the page.  Note:  “2023 Borough Holiday Schedule” is the first option on this list. 
3. Click on "2023 Borough Recodification Chapters" in order to download the PDF containing a summary of all the ordinance changes, a table of contents, and Chapters 1-15, 17-20, and 22 that were altered as a part of the Recodification.
