2023 Borough Recodification Chapters File 1 and File 2- Updated 1-10-2024

Dear Members of the Mantoloking Community:
The Borough of Mantoloking continues to work diligently on the Recodification of our laws. In preparation for the introduction of the Recodification Ordinance during the next Council Meeting on 1/16, all final chapters are being made available for your perusal. In order to review these chapters, please follow the instructions below:

- Locate the series of blue tabs on the left side of the page.
- Click on "2023 Borough Recodification Chapters File 1 - Updated 1-10-2024" and 2023 Borough Recodification Chapters File 2 - Updated 1-10-2024 in order to download the PDF containing these chapters. Please note that Cable (Chapter 21) is not included in this file given that the chapter was adopted in its entirety in Oct. 2023 (Ordinance 2023-11).
