2023 Borough Recodification- Flood & Land Use Chapters

Dear Members of the Mantoloking Community: 

The Borough of Mantoloking continues to work diligently on the Recodification of our laws.  As planned, the last two chapters – Flood Damage Prevention and Land Use Regulation – are being made available for your perusal.  In order to review these laws/chapters prior to their proposed introduction in November, please follow the instructions below.

2. Locate the series of blue tabs on the left side of the page.  Note:  “2023 Borough Holiday Schedule” is the first option on this list. 
3. Click on "2023 Borough Recodification -- Flood and Land Use Chapters" in order to download the PDF containing these chapters.
