Borough Recodification Chapters Updated Online as of 2-4-2024
Dear Members of the Mantoloking Community:
Since the Recodification Ordinance’s introduction in January, updates have taken place to Chapters 2, 4, 16, 18, and 30. You can find all of the borough’s recodification chapters including the updates by following the instructions below: As previously noted, Cable (Chapter 21) is not included in these files given that the chapter was adopted in its entirety in Oct. 2023 (Ordinance 2023-11).

- Please be patient as the files will take some time to load.
Please note that changes made to the Flood, Stormwater, and Land Use Chapters (Chapters 16, 18, and 30 respectively) have been determined to be substantive. Therefore, the Recodification Ordinance will be reintroduced in February with a second reading in March.
