Bulkhead Ordinance

As Council President Nelson indicated at the June Council meeting the revised bulkhead ordinance, which incorporates many of the suggested changes, follows.

Please note:

1)  this ordinance only applies to new or a replacement bulkheads

2) applies to Borough Bay front property as well

It is the intention of the mayor and council to introduce this ordinance for a first reading at the August meeting. If you have any questions or comments, please submit same to the borough clerk at boroclerk@mantoloking.org
