Curfew Ordinance

It is the intention of the governing body to remove the curfew ordinance from tonight’s agenda. There will be a Caucus Discussion regarding an ordinance that would close the beaches to the public from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. from May 1st to September 30th, except to homeowners who have access through their private properties.
